by Jessica Montevago  May 17, 2016

The Aloft Hotel in Orlando, Florida.

The Aloft in Veracruz will open at the end of 2017; the Aloft Queretaro will debut in 2018.

The tech-savvy brand offers affordable rates aimed at young travelers. Rooms come equipped with smart mirrors that show a live feed of weather updates in addition to your reflection, and digital room keys.

The brand is on track to double its footprint in Latin America in less than two years. It recently opened a property in Asuncion, Paraguay, and has hotels in Bogota, Colombia; San Jose, Costa Rica; Panama, Cancun, and Guadalajara, Mexico.

Aloft is one of Starwood’s fastest growing brands, with 100 hotels in 15 countries.
